Our client is seeking a seasoned talent partner to lead engineering and professional hiring while guiding senior leaders through complex decisions. Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 + bonus opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through accepted offer and start date
- Serve as a consultative partner to Directors and senior leaders
- Build advanced Boolean search strategies and mine ATS databases for talent
- Develop proactive engineering talent pipelines
- Influence hiring decisions using data and market insights
- Support competitive offer development in partnership with compensation
- Contribute to reporting, analytics, and continuous TA improvements
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
- Experience recruiting Director-level and above roles
- Advanced Boolean sourcing expertise and ATS mining capability
- Ability to operate as an account manager guiding hiring leaders
- Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines
- Broad recruiting background (not solely agency or HR generalist)
