Senior TA Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact, strategic recruiting role designed for a true consultant who thrives on influencing hiring outcomes. Our client is seeking a seasoned talent partner to lead engineering and professional hiring while guiding senior leaders through complex decisions. Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 + bonus opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through accepted offer and start date
• Serve as a consultative partner to Directors and senior leaders
• Build advanced Boolean search strategies and mine ATS databases for talent
• Develop proactive engineering talent pipelines
• Influence hiring decisions using data and market insights
• Support competitive offer development in partnership with compensation
• Contribute to reporting, analytics, and continuous TA improvements

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
• Experience recruiting Director-level and above roles
• Advanced Boolean sourcing expertise and ATS mining capability
• Ability to operate as an account manager guiding hiring leaders
• Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines
• Broad recruiting background (not solely agency or HR generalist)
