Service Advisor

Our client is seeking a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between customers and technicians in their busy body shop. This role is key in creating a seamless service experience—from the first greeting through to repair completion. Compensation: $17–$20/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers and answer service calls in a professional, timely manner
• Schedule service appointments, communicate repair needs, and provide cost/time estimates
• Perform preliminary vehicle inspections and recommend additional services when needed
• Assign and process repair orders, ensuring proper documentation and customer authorization
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular updates and follow-up
• Test drive vehicles or coordinate with technicians as required
• Promote vehicle maintenance and care in line with manufacturer recommendations

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

• 2+ Strong customer service experience, ideally from a body shop, car dealership, or auto parts store
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, stand for multiple hours and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
