Software Engineering Manager

ITAC Solutions is helping an established company out of Decatur, AL in their search for a Software Engineering Manager! We are targeting someone who has 5+ years of experience working with C# programming and some experience working within the manufacturing industry.

This role will allow the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing team and will be able to make a large impact on the business’s data.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Support Manufacturing Execution systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical solutions.
• Enhance user experiences through the MES and leverage real-time data.
• Integrate with ERP system for seamless data transition from PLC systems.
• Take the info from SQL database and put it into a web format in C#.
• Ensure safety policies and standards are upheld.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):  

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years’ experience or equivalent years of work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in improving manufacturing processes with MES projects
• 6 years of programming experience in C# and SQL.
• Up-to-date knowledge of new systems and IT security
