Sr. IT Field Services Technician

Take ownership of complex, hands-on IT deployments across diverse environments. As a Sr. IT Field Services Technician with our client, you’ll lead installations, troubleshoot critical systems, and help build a growing field services team from the ground up. This role blends technical depth with leadership—supporting real-world operations where reliability and execution matter most.

Compensation

• $88,000–$90,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, configure, and support IT systems across field locations
• Troubleshoot network, system, and hardware issues onsite
• Lead technical deployments and infrastructure projects
• Maintain inventory, documentation, and service records
• Support virtualization, networking, and endpoint environments
• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to field technicians

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Strong experience across networking (Cisco/Meraki), systems, and virtualization
• Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
• Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work
• Clean driving record required
• Experience working in industrial or safety-conscious environments (OSHA awareness a plus)
