Staff Accountant – Hybrid!

Compensation

• $60,000 – $80,000, depending on experience + discretionary bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close

• Assist with financial statements and reporting

• Handle AP/AR processes and monitor aging

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Assist with audits and ensure GAAP compliance

• Partner cross-functionally to improve financial processes

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Degree in Accounting or relevant accounting experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central

• CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA is a plus

• Strong general ledger ownership experience

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Collaborative, team-first mindset
