Systems Engineer

ITAC Solutions is looking for a Systems Engineer for a client in Birmingham, AL.  The right candidate will have broad understanding of and experience working with different hardware and software solutions. This role will consist of bridging the gap between hardware and software and making sure everything is connected properly and communicating as it should.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Work closely with the Product Manager to provide technical expertise and ensure the successful integration of technologies into new products.
• Configure and deploy hardware and software components ensuring successful system implementation.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of systems based on market insights.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with the Product Manager to address customer inquires, issues, and system maintenance.

 
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 5+ years of System Engineer experience.
• Experience with technologies such as Windows, VMware, ESX infrastructure, storage, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, O365, and some application infrastructure.
• Experience with various hardware typically associated with Systems Engineering.
