What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory contacts.
• Reconcile tax-related GL accounts and prepare annual tax provisions.
• Lead month-end close tasks: reconciliations, journal entries, and analyses.
• Maintain and reconcile book and tax fixed asset records.
• Drive or assist with process improvements, automation, and special finance projects.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess impacts to reporting and operations.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• CPA designation, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Exposure to multi-company or healthcare accounting environments
