Compensation

  • Up to $50,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via phone, remote tools, and deskside assistance
  • Resolve daily inbound support tickets across multiple locations (5–25 per day)
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user hardware
  • Perform break-fix work, equipment replacement, and basic hardware evaluation
  • Support IT team members on end-user components of infrastructure projects

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting PC hardware and peripherals
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work fully on-site and travel occasionally between locations
  • Stable work history with demonstrated consistency in prior roles
  • Genuine comfort staying in a dedicated Level 1 support role long-term
