Compensation
- Up to $50,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via phone, remote tools, and deskside assistance
- Resolve daily inbound support tickets across multiple locations (5–25 per day)
- Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user hardware
- Perform break-fix work, equipment replacement, and basic hardware evaluation
- Support IT team members on end-user components of infrastructure projects
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Strong hands-on experience supporting PC hardware and peripherals
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work fully on-site and travel occasionally between locations
- Stable work history with demonstrated consistency in prior roles
- Genuine comfort staying in a dedicated Level 1 support role long-term
