Compensation:
  • $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implement and support Microsoft Intune and mobile device management solutions
  • Create and deploy Windows images for streamlined software rollouts
  • Provide desktop support and basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining Active Directory and Office 365 accounts
  • Support hardware and software upgrades, including rolling out new technology
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows image creation
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and communicate clearly with team members
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
