Compensation: $75,000 annually (may exceed range for WSET or high-level Sommelier) + Up to 20% bonus based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee wine and beverage service across multiple fine dining outlets
  • Lead wine education, pairings, and staff mentorship
  • Build and maintain an award-winning wine list and tasting program
  • Train and mentor students, including structured internships and experiential learning
  • Support interviewing, marketing, budgeting, and operational strategy
  • Support FOH operations, scheduling, guest satisfaction, and VIP experiences
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cellar operations with precision

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Certified Sommelier or equivalent (WSET Level 2+ preferred)
  • 5+ years in fine dining restaurant service
  • 3+ years in fine dining leadership
  • Strong teaching and mentorship skills, particularly with learners and students
  • Experience in multi-course menu environments

What Could Set You Apart:

  • Proven ability to develop wine lists recognized by Wine Spectator or similar
  • Background in upscale dining with Forbes or James Beard recognition
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Wine Studies, or related field
  • Experience in tasting menu environments
