Brian Pitts started his career in accounting and while he always thinks of himself as a numbers person, he realized he wanted to be more of a score-maker than a score-keeper. He found his way into recruiting at the age of 24 and two years later he decided he wanted to set out and forge his own path. Since the early days of ITAC, Brian has done just about every job here there is to do, from answering the phones and making coffee to hiring some of the many incredible people who he is now so profoundly proud to work alongside.

As the Managing Partner, Brian is responsible for casting the vision for the company. There is just one problem, though, Brian says, “some days I do not see very well and there is this whole forest I miss because there are two trees in my way.” His real love is helping others and doing his daily best to make a positive impact in the lives of others. He credits this love for why he has enjoyed this industry for so long as each day often provides new introductions to people.

On a personal note, Brian is a Seinfeld-quoting, fried-chicken-eating, God-loving, Diet-Coke-crushing father of four kids who are the light of his life and the inspiration for all he does. An avid golfer and Auburn sports fan, Brian prefers to belly laughing with co-workers over any kind of business meeting.
