Jacquez Young is a Technical Recruiter at ITAC Solutions, a staffing agency, where he places candidates across the full spectrum of tech roles,  from entry-level talent taking their first shot to C-suite executives making their next big move. As an IT recruiter, what he loves most about the work isn’t the placement itself, it’s the timing: catching someone right when they need a door opened, whether that’s breaking into the industry, leveling up, or simply getting back to work after time away. He treats that moment with the weight it deserves.

That same instinct to show up for people carries into the rest of his life. Jacquez and his wife are coming up on nine years of marriage this December, raising three kids, a 6-year-old, a 5-year-old, and a 17-month-old  who keep things lively. He’s active in his local church, where the work extends beyond Sunday mornings into housing redevelopment, education, and local commerce, practical efforts to help the community actually flourish. Ask anyone who’s worked with him and they’ll tell you he brings genuine character to the table and leaves people better off for having crossed paths with him.

Before ITAC, he spent years recruiting in education, financial services, and healthcare, but sports have been the constant. A former college cornerback at Troy University, he’s still loyal to Troy football, and now roots for the Cleveland Browns mainly because of Shedeur Sanders, whose dad Deion he idolized growing up playing the same position.
