Maggie Beasley is an Associate Technical Recruiter at ITAC Solutions, where she helps connect technology professionals with opportunities that align with their experience, ambitions, and next career move.

Working across IT and other highly technical searches, Maggie recruits for roles ranging from project management and business intelligence to technology leadership, AI, and enterprise systems. She brings curiosity to every search, digging into both the technical requirements of a position and the bigger-picture business needs behind the hire.

Maggie’s path to recruiting also gives her a unique perspective on communication and relationship building. A graduate of The University of Alabama, she earned a Master of Science in Marketing through an accelerated program with a specialization in Digital & Social Media, graduating with a 3.9 GPA and honors. Her background in marketing, training, and communication helps her translate complex information, ask thoughtful questions, and create an approachable experience for the people she works with.

Outside of work, Maggie has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to serving others. Her volunteer involvement includes mentoring through Grace House Ministries, supporting GI cancer research through the Robert E. Reed GI Cancer Research Foundation Junior Board, and volunteering with hospice and patient-care organizations.
