Shae Eason’s journey with ITAC Solutions, a staffing agency, began in 2005, though it hasn’t been a straight line. She left in 2007 to relocate with her husband, Lee, who was active-duty military at the time, and returned to ITAC in 2019, picking up right where she left off. She spent five years as a recruiter in the Accounting/Finance recruiting space before realizing her real strength was behind the scenes, organizing, problem-solving, and making sure people had what they needed to succeed. Today, as Onboarding Coordinator, she’s the calm, steady voice contractors turn to when paperwork gets confusing or a new system feels overwhelming, and she keeps the office running smoothly along the way. Patient and endlessly approachable, Shae makes it her mission to ensure no one ever feels silly for asking a question.

That same heart shows up outside the office, too. Shae leads the Nursing Home Ministry at New Zion Baptist Church, where she spends her time reminding residents that they’re seen, valued, and never forgotten, whether through a game of bingo, a shared Bible study, or simply sitting and listening to their stories.

She’s been married to Lee for over 28 years, and together they’ve raised four children. Her proudest title these days, though, might be “BiBi”, the name her granddaughter, Genesis, calls her.

Shae lives by a simple philosophy: be grateful, treat people well, and be a blessing rather than a burden. Fun fact, she’s also a devoted plant mom with somewhere between 50 and 60 plants (and counting), with a particular soft spot for her spider plants and monsteras.
