Suzanne Roberson has spent more than 11 years as a Senior Account Manager at ITAC Solutions, a staffing agency, and in that time she’s built a reputation for being anything but pushy. Her approach to recruiting is patient and relationship-first, she’d rather stay in front of a client for two years and earn the business the right way than chase a quick placement. That philosophy is core to how ITAC operates: as a boutique staffing firm, not a churn-and-burn shop. Suzanne spends her days bridging the gap between clients and recruiters, digging deep enough into what a client actually needs that when she sends a job candidate, there’s rarely any doubt they’re the right fit, and if there is, she can tell you exactly why she believed in them anyway.

Outside the office, Suzanne’s happiest outdoors. Colorado is what she calls her family’s “heart trip”, summers in the mountains, winters at the beach, always chasing live music and a good meal with friends in between. Quality time is her love language, and home is a lively mix of her husband, two kids, two cats, a dog, and an aquatic frog.

Her family motto sums her up pretty well: be kind, make good choices, and everything else falls into place. Oh, and before her career in recruiting, she spent her high school summers on a waterski show team and as a waterski instructor through college, and from those years in the sunshine, has freckles on her shoulder shaped like a tiny smiley face.
