Whitney Brickner is an Account Manager at ITAC Solutions, where she partners with organizations to make hiring simpler, more strategic, and ultimately more successful.

Based on the Gulf Coast, Whitney works closely with businesses throughout Mobile, the Eastern Shore, Pensacola, and surrounding markets. She takes the time to understand each organization beyond its immediate hiring needs, learning its culture, challenges, goals, and the kind of people who will help move the business forward.

Whitney brings an entrepreneurial mindset to her work and has played an important role in expanding relationships across the Gulf Coast. For Whitney, relationship building extends well beyond the office. She has served as a Mobile Chamber Ambassador for three years, helping strengthen connections throughout the local business community. Her advice to professionals entering the community reflects the way she approaches her own work: get involved, show up, introduce yourself, and start conversations. She is also active with Greater Pensacola SHRM, where she serves as Wellness Chair.

A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University’s Harrison College of Business, Whitney combines business experience, market knowledge, and a natural ability to connect with people. Whether she’s helping a longtime client tackle a difficult search, introducing a company to ITAC for the first time, or making connections within the community, she approaches every relationship with energy and a genuine desire to help.
